Shipping Information

Shipping methods depend on the product and the location to which it ships. Upon checkout, you will receive options for shipping methods and the estimated date of arrival.

We do ship internationally. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs. We’re not able to provide a tracking number for international orders shipped with USPS Priority or First Class. If you’d like an international tracking number, contact us prior to placing your order and we’ll ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS or USPS-FedEx for an additional charge.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Simply click on the link in the email, select the ‘track order‘ option and enter your order number and email address, or sign into your account. We’re not able to provide a tracking number for international orders shipped with USPS Priority or First Class. If you’d like an international tracking number, contact us prior to placing your order and we’ll ship via DHL, FedEx, UPS or USPS-FedEx for an additional charge.

Shipping times vary by location, local delivery schedule, and other elements outside of our control. Once an order ships, you will receive tracking information and can follow your new piece on its journey to you.

Most pieces ship within 1-2 business days. Custom orders may take longer to ship.

Payment Information

We gladly accept all major credit cards and PayPal. If your card has been issued outside the U.S. or Canada, please note that your order may need additional verification before it can be processed. Unfortunately, we cannot accept COD orders and all orders must be paid in full before they are shipped.

We do offer multiple payment plan options that differ based on the piece. Payment plans can be viewed on each piece page. Full payment is required prior to the item shipping.

Discounts and coupons may be offered from time to time. These special offers cannot be combined with any other offer, used on sale items, or used with payment plans.

We use your info to fulfill your order accurately and quickly and to improve your shopping experience. We respect your privacy and never share this information with anyone, except in connection with your order. If you want to know more, take a look at our Private Policy.

Orders and Returns

We ask that you take a wrist measurement to ensure you receive the proper size. With your flexible measuring tape, measure the circumference of your “bracelet” wrist 2.5″ down from the top of your wrist toward your elbow where the longest strand of the bracelet will lay. Be sure to keep the tape snug, as there will be extra room provided with the measurement given.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges provided that we are contacted within 5 days of receipt and the item is shipped back within 7 days of receipt. We cannot accept returns on custom or personalized pieces or sale items.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We do not accept order cancellations after they have begun production. Please contact us and we may be able to provide you with a shop credit.
