This abalone and sterling MCM clamper is by Alfredo Villasana, a well-known Taxco jewelry designer. I am a huge fan and have carried many of his vintage pieces in my shop.
This cuff is in excellent condition, clean with very little surface wear on the silver. The hinge is tight and secure. The abalone is in great shape except for a 1mm section missing at the back next to the hinge, which is barely noticeable. This is reflected in the price.
