This Matilde Poulat brooch has been repurposed into a pendant with vintage Italian coral gemstone beads for the necklace.
The brooch Matl's 'crown' design in filigree, with coral and turquoise set stones. this piece is very old and I place it circa 1930's-40's. It is a higher than sterling silver content at 930. The piece is in very good condition for its age and these crowns are very hard to find in such good condition. Hallmarked Matl, Mexico, 930.
The coral necklace is from a lot of coral I purchased from Italy. The beads are vintage, hand cut and a mix of orange colors. The beads are approximately 3-3.5mm in size.
Finished with sterling findings and a sterling hook and eye clasp.
