This vintage Matl turquoise, coral and silver brooch has been repurposed to hold fifteen strands of matching, round turquoise and coral stones with 990 silver beads as accent. 
The sterling, turquoise and coral brooch is a vintage Matilde Poulat from the 50's with five segments, attached with rings, so the piece moves. There are four teardrop shaped pendants hanging from the bottom section, each with a single coral stone.  The brooch measures 2.75" in length x 1.25 at the widest section. Hallmarked Matl, 925, Mexico. 
The natural turquoise and coral gemstone strands are accented with 990 silver beads that compliment the style of the brooch.
 
This piece just needs your wrist measurement to be finished with sterling French wire, crimps and a custom locking, slide clasp.
