This Theodor Fahrner deco brooch has been repurposed to hold fifteen strands of faceted iolite gemstones.
The brooch is ca:1938 and is Fahrner filigree that was what the company was doing at the time. It's a lily with a centered, cultured pearl, Surrounded by leaves and marcasites, it's long, thin and elegant. It measures 3.25" x 1" and has a gold wash. It's like wearing a corsage on your wrist. The iolite gemstones are approximately 3mm in size and vary in color from a light 'denim' to a dark 'denim'.
