This Matilde Poulat style vintage brooch has been repurposed int a pendant and paired with amethyst gemstones and 990 silver beads.
The pendant is extraordinary, with turquoise and amethyst cabochons and articulated segments. The most interesting thing are the carved white doves that grace the top of the piece. I do believe they are ivory, as they don't have the texture of shell or bone.
It measures 2.75" in length, including the dangles and 2" in width. Hallmarked on the back, but I cannot find any information on CED.
The amethyst gemstones of the necklace are approximately 3mm in size and are accented with 990 silver beads. 2" of sterling chain have been added so the necklace is adjustable in length, from 16" to 18".
