This astounding 1930's Fahrner brooch has been repurposed to hold fifteen strands of tanzanite gemstones and sterling sparkle beads.
The brooch is pure Fahrner deco from the early 30's. It has blue chalcedony and green onyx stones with marcasites. The brooch measures 1.75" x 1" and in excellent condition.
It's featured in Sylvie Raulet's book, "Art Deco Jewelry", republished in 1989. I have included a photo of the brooch from the book. The center stone in the book is pink quartz.

The tanzanite gemstones are approximately 3mm in size and are accented with an occasional sterling sparkle bead. The strands are approximately 1.25" in width, when worn.

The chalcedony and the tanzanite gems are a periwinkle blue, which was very hard to photograph in sunlight. There is a little more purple to the stones than the photos suggest.

This piece just needs your wrist measurement to be completed with a custom locking sterling slide clasp, crimps and French wire.

To measure for a perfect fit, use our measuring diagram and instructions, included with the photographs.
