This vintage Matilde Poulat brooch has been repurposed into a pendant and paired with amethyst gemstones and 990 silver beads.
The brooch is adorned with coral, turquoise and amethyst gems and features two lovebirds on a flower pot. The piece has two segments and the bottom segment has three dangles, each with a turquoise cabochon. It measure 1 5/16" x 2 3/8". Made between 1950-60.
The amethyst gems are approximately 3mm in size and are accented with 990 silver beads. The necklace closes with a partially vintage amethyst clasp that was salvaged and a locking, sterling hook.  The necklace is 17.5" in length.
