This vintage Robert portrait cameo has been paired with freshwater pearls  and a vermeil toggle.
The portrait seems to be a replica and hand painted in some spots, as this was a thing that was done mid 20th century. It's signed on the back of the portrait. The gold filled frame of the portrait is also from the mid-20th century. It measures 1.75" x 1 3/8", excluding the bow on the side. 
The necklace is peacock freshwater pearls, approximately 9mm x 6mm, hand wired with gold filled wire. The necklace closes with a vermeil toggle and the pice is 17" in length. All other findings are gold filled.
