This large, vintage Sanborns, repoussé sterling cuff has one large central flower surrounded by smaller blooms. The piece has been cleaned and is in excellent condition. It is a huge piece, close to 3" in width. This cuff is an unusually large size at 8 1/8". and will fit a wrist 8" +
These large pieces are increasingly harder to find and this one is in mint condition.
Sanborns is known for these repoussé floral cuffs and other silver arts since the early part of the 20th century.  
Two American brothers opened a drug store in Mexico City in about 1909, which became a department store. At one point, the Taxco master designer, Frederick Davis, supervised the jewelry and fine arts department.
